1821 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

As a 1821 platform user, you agree not to engage in illegal activities, fraud, system abuse, or actions that may negatively affect other users’ experience. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized use of automation software, bots, or any means to access or manipulate the platform.

Use of the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activities under Malaysian law is strictly prohibited. 1821 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

• You may not share your account with anyone else.
• You may not use someone else’s account or help others create accounts that breach these terms.
• Offensive, threatening, or abusive language is not allowed in any interactions on the platform.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

All financial transactions on the 1821 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance once the payment provider confirms the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method chosen.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully verified, with no active limits or restrictions, and withdrawal requests must comply with the platform's minimum and maximum limits. 1821 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

1821 is not responsible for any losses caused by third-party processing delays, banking service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. All deposits are final and non-reversible once credited to your gaming balance.

Any attempt to commit fraud, unauthorized chargebacks, or payment system manipulation will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.

Liability Limits

Account Suspension & Closure

1821 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if these terms are violated, suspicious activity is detected, or at the platform’s sole discretion without needing to provide a reason. In such cases, any legitimate balance in the account will be returned after investigation, except funds linked to term violations.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting support. Such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to settlement of any pending transactions.

1821 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
